Subject: [PATCH] Update index.html to simplify meaning of user request

Per suggestion in Issue #92, I'm proposing to delete "except as permitted by law" from the definition of a do-not-sell-or-share interaction, as the user request is probably generalizable as not necessarily bound by the exceptions in any particular law.
