Enforce function returns at compile time

One way to boost performance of E2 functions would be to enforce return values from functions.

Currently this code is valid, but would cause a runtime error.

function number test() {}

This ideally would not compile, so that people can't accidentally forget return values from functions, and there's no overhead from checking if the function properly returned or not.
