Extended registerExtension Data

Allow E2 extensions to use a struct to register themselves. This suggestion currently only pertains to mostly user-facing data, but having a way to flag required/forced extensions would be useful and finally allow core extensions to be registered in a non-intrusive way.

• Category string - Category of the extension, to allow grouping.
  • Suggested defaults include default as "Extensions", "Core"
• Force bool - Make the extension always enabled.
• URL string|table - URL that directs to addon page. As a table, two sequential strings with the first as the anchor text and the second as the URL.
• HelpURL string|table - URL that directs to project help. Same format as URL.
