Update some links pointing to Layouts page [i18nIgnore]

This is preparation for me rewriting the Layouts page a bit. I have completed the rewrite, and in doing so one section header changed text, and therefore links throughout the site will change.

All this PR does is change that one header section title in layouts:
Markdown/MDX Layouts -> Markdown Layouts
and then update any links accordingly.

I've made this change in all languages that appear affected so that link checker will pass. The other languages will not be marked as needing updates which is fine, because the real content change (which we DO want updated in all languages!) will come in a later PR.

This PR should require no intervention from the translators at all.

After this merges, I will PR the English language changes to the text of the Layouts page, at which time all the other languages will show outdated and will be able to see the necessary changes to make to the layouts change.
