0template throws away everything if anything goes wrong

I ran 0template for eclipse and on the 5th download it said the tar.gz file was invalid. it had already spent the time and effort to download and calculate the hashes for the previous 4 archives but saved nothing.

I think it should save at least the hashes for the other docs and perhaps the archive that failed as well.

Are you sure? As far as I know, 0template never deletes archive files. They should still be there in the directory (although it will need to calculate the hash again).

On Linux 0template places download archive files in the same directory as the template and reuses them when rerun.

However, on Windows it delegates the job of downloading archives and calculating hashes to Zero Install for Windows, which downloads archives to the system's temp directory and deletes them again when it's done calculating the hashes.

I'd actually prefer not to change this behavior, since placing archives in the template's directory is what causes #9.
