Summary
Copies the 11 miden-bank tutorial files from miden-docs into
docs/src/miden-bank/, as discussed in #165.Links to content that lives in miden-docs (get-started, testing, debugging, pitfalls) use absolute
docs.miden.xyzURLs so they resolve correctly in both the standalone build here and after CI ingestion into miden-docs. Sibling links within the tutorial use.mdfile extensions for correct Docusaurus resolution from category index pages.The CI in miden-docs will be updated in a follow-up PR to ingest from this new location.
