Dev server resists navigation away from localhost #109
Description
When running the dev server, sometimes I want to navigate away to an entirely different origin. However, the dev server often prevents me from doing so; e.g. starting at localhost:8080, I try entering 11ty.dev, press "enter", and the tab reverts back to localhost:8080. This only seems to happen in Firefox (not Safari or Chrome), but also only with Eleventy's dev server.
Probably more investigation is needed - just leaving this issue here as a starting point.
