Get business types for vendor

As someone who is interested in evaluating a vendor for a potential contract using this API, it's important to me to know what business type/s the vendor belongs to. For example, if it's required that the pool of vendors I'm considering contains women-owned businesses or minority owned businesses (type A2, 23) the API should tell me that.

I'd like to see for each business that is returned by the API, the array of business types (code) associated with that business. We might also want to pull in the mapping of codes to business type labels. Open to whatever implementation makes sense
