supergateway当前已经支持uvx，但是是基于另外的镜像
uvx Supergateway + uv/uvx, so you can call uvx directly:
‘docker run -it --rm -p 8000:8000 supercorp/supergateway:uvx \
  --stdio "uvx mcp-server-fetch"`
