[Bug] In the virus scan task, clicking on Execute pops up tail -n 100 failed #10251

Problem Description
在病毒扫描=》点某个任务后=》如果任务从来没有执行，且报告为空 =》 点击报告 =》 执行。
在里面点击执行后，会弹出如下图所示的tail -n 100 failed。
但是也能理解，可能是如果清空了，文件为空，判断的时候会一直反复出现找个提示。但是后期一旦有数据了，就不会再提示了。只是一个小问题。
