oopsie

- return home after reaching destination
- dissolve group after reaching home
- move slower than normal
Build item cache before iterating through soldiers

Handle groups with and without jeeps
Rename function to GetNonPlayerGroupInSectorForReinforcement() to clarify its purpose
Limit inventory modifications to soldiers and jeeps

Group targets a random friendly uncontested mine
Add transport group direction flag
Use item map instead of vectors
