Wont show up on iOS 15.8.3

For some reason it doesn't show up even when i installed it like 12 times on 3 different package managers (Sileo, DopeSaily, & Zebra)
I am using an iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 15.8.3 using dopamine jailbreak if that helps
