Description
- Should we start the user out as a ghost rather than starting at the splash form.
- First time in nearby: Overlay with "The world is full of patches" + buttons: show me more, or skip
- Show me more: Patches are social groups connected to the places and events you love. Discover them or make your own. Click here to make your own patch and drop it at your location.
