Schema changes

• Delete invites, unreads, counters, installs, groups, channel-names, group-members, member-groups

• Add comments field to messages.

• Remove group from all schemas.

• Change membership roles: owner, reader (default) or editor. Can only set role to editor if channel owner.

• Only owner can invite to channel. Invite can be as editor or reader (default).

• Remove existing invites, not needed anymore. The link is the invite and is set to expire in one week using $exp_date link property.

• Add title property to channels.
