Describe the bug

Researchers and Organizations cannot use the Export function.
Version：cris-2023.02.03 ; DSpace 7.6.1
web browser：chrome ; Firefox

To Reproduce

1. User log in.
2. Go to Researchers (img1) or Organizations (img2), and use the Export function.
3. Click on any export type in Export, an error message will appear: "There are no items to export with the selected configuration". (img3)
   Please refer to the attached images.

Expected behavior
Data should be exported successfully.
