You can control your Arduino board using ArduinoCommander android app.

Bluetooth shield support is provided out-of-box: all you need is to upload modified StandardFirmata sketch. Starting ArduinoCommander v3.1 you can control it via USB using ADK as Android Accessory and you need libs and sketch from this repository.
