Owner name is update message is displayed when no updates were done #1199

The Owner is updated message is shown even if no changes were made but save is pressed
Environment
- Browser: Chrome , FF
- Safe: any
- Wallet:
- App Version: 2.8.1
- Environment:
- staging (rinkeby)
Steps to reproduce
- Go to the setting in the safe
- Open Owners
- Click edit Owner
- Press save without changes in safe name
Expected result
The message about updating should not be displayed if no changes
Obtained result
Seems that update message is set up for Save button
