Remove "spam" tokens

There is an increasing number of scam tokens that get displayed in Safes. We are introducing a blacklist for these scam tokens in our backend and should filter them out in the frontend. The scam tokens should also not contribute toward the total fiat balance number displayed in the sidebar.
