Deactivate tokens activate again after refresh

Deactivating a token in "Manage List" and then refreshing results in tokens being activated again

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "Assets" > "Manage List"
2. Deactivate a token that is currently activated and which is shown in the assets list
3. Refresh

Expected result

Token is still deactivated

Obtained result

Token is activated again

@lukasschor I'd say this is the expected behavior atm. The new list of active tokens gets recalculated when you close the modal, it was done because of performance reasons. So for now, to delete a token the flow is the following:

• Go to "Assets" > "Manage List"
• Deactivate a token that is currently activated and which is shown in the assets list
• Close "Manage list" modal
• The token will get removed from the list

It was done like that because when you remove a token we need to do some actions like updating the app state and storing a new list of active tokens in the local storage and it's not efficient to do that per token click (For example, if you click the checkbox 10 times really fast the interface can freeze)

This is working properly in the PR 1331.

Tested it too in the dev environment since it the 1333 and the 1331 were merged there already. It works fine there as well. closing this ticket
