Outgoing transfer for ERC721 created using Send collectibles is displayed as custom interaction till the tx is executed and some time after execution

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to collectibles list or to the New tx
2. select send collectibles
3. Enter valid data and submit the tx
4. check the tx view in the tx list

Expected result

The outgoing tx for the ERC721 called using Send or new tx options should be shown as outgoing transfer as on Rinkeby
