Outgoing tx of ETH are not showing recipient and amount sent #1665

Steps to reproduce
1 - Send a random amount of ETH to any account. It must be ETH the token being sent
2 - Once sent check the tx details
Expected result
The recipient and how much was sent should show beneath the nonce, date, etc info
Obtained result
No information about how much eth and the recipient is shown
