Default Safe keeps showing up after being removed

Description:
Removing a safe doesn't make any other safe a "default" one, so if you load the base URL the safe you just removed keeps being loaded

URL: https://rinkeby.gnosis-safe.io/

Steps:
1- Have a safe as default
2 - Go to settings and remove it
3 - Check the list of safes making sure it disappeared. Notice that none of the others is a default safe
4 - Load the base URL "https://rinkeby.gnosis-safe.io/"
5 - The safe you just removed loads again

I propose make the 1st safe in that list the "Default" one when the current default is being removed

Open quesiton:
What do we do when we remove a default safe? Do we just unset the default one? Does any other safe become the default? Or do we have some priority on which one should become the next one (e.g safe where the user is an owner over read-only safe)

For the sake of simplicity I'd choose just unsetting the default safe
