Names of the owners not being updated when loading a safe

The names of the owners are not saved when you load a safe you previously deleted it.
This only happens if you had that safe in your browser at some point, if you load a safe you never had then it works fine

Create a safe with a few owners, give them names
Copy the safe address
Delete the safe
Load the safe again
During the load process put new names to the owners
Go to settings > owners. The names are the same as when you first created the safe

During the safe-load process, shall we suggest the names already stored for the owners? Or we just leave the generic "Owner #N"s?

Yes we should show the names grom the address book. Theres a seperate ticket for that #588) might make sense to merge.

Removed estimates as this will be solved as part of #588. Leaving it open to test/review the scenario.
