Since version 1.4.0, Manager allows you to "wipe" a virtual machine, which deletes its configuration file and the nvr folder. This can be useful in case your VM is acting up and you want to reset it back to defaults quickly.
To do this, right-click on the virtual machine you wish to wipe and click "Wipe". You'll be asked to confirm this, then you'll be informed of the outcome of the operation. You will receive an error message if the folder cannot be emptied for whatever reason (permissions, files in use, etc.) or if there is nothing to wipe (no .cfg and/or nvr).
Keep in mind you'll have to reconfigure the virtual machine (and its BIOS if applicable) afterwards.
