Is there a way to prevent continuous popups for password on keychain?

I believe the login keychain is already open when the user is logged into their Mac, is there a way to turn off the popup when storing in login keychain after verifying once?

I am also observing the constant prompts when I use keyrings indirectly, in a different package. ie:

1. vault.go:
   package vault import "github.com/99designs/keyring"

Everything is fine here, tests run without the popup password prompt.

2. foo.go:
   package Foo import vault

Here I keep getting the password prompts for foo.

In Keychain Access, I see "always allow access by these applications" as just the vault.test, not the foo package.
