Also typed amount when possible when sending payment.
- update secp256k1 to match v1.3. Source code is now in /src to make upgrades easier. We can now use faster pubkey recovery to parse payment requests - update payment handling (classes have been renamed/moved upstream)
Globale and local features have been merged together.
