Description

On the vote page of aelf-block-explorer v1, the lock time selector is not fully displayed on Android devices.

However, there is currently an issue with the deployment environment. I have provided a solution to the operations team: https://aelfblockchain.sg.larksuite.com/wiki/FCXnwWHuNi1SOFkD4jflRl6Zgbe.

Expected Behavior:

Jenkins nodes should successfully deploy the application
