[Feature]: Sort output JSON kernels by descending duration #125

Suggestion Description
Currently, the kernels in the output JSON are not sorted. To improve readability and prioritize analysis, update the output so that the list of kernels is sorted in descending order by their duration field.
Even better, provide a user option to specify the sorting key and order (e.g., --sort-by=duration_ns --order=desc)
