[Feature]: User-Defined Validation Command

Suggestion Description

Allow users to specify a custom unit test command for validation, either in addition to or instead of Accordo.

Introduce a --unittests_command option where that command can be like --unittests_command "app.py --validate". Validate return a non-zero value on failure.
