This seems to help with the second approach of solving (rho, e, Ye) mode. Previously I think it also does the scaling but via
hybrj.mode=2with thediagvalues I passed in. But perhaps its better to scale T manually and then allow hybrj to scale internally viahybrj.mode=1.
