Enhancement: Bottom Horizontal Scroll Grid in Media View

Describe the feature

When an image is open, the bottom horizontal scroll grid displays Mediaview thumbnails in an order that’s inconsistent with the ChronologicalGallery component, also, the bottom scroll grid should provide a smoother and more intuitive navigation experience. The following improvements are proposed:

Tasks:

• Synchronize the thumbnail indexing in the Mediaview scroll grid with that in the Chronological Gallery.
• Enable scrolling with mouse wheel (up/down) to move the bottom grid left/right.
• Support double-finger swipe (left/right) to move the grid accordingly.
• Ensure that the currently open/selected image is always centered in the bottom grid.

The 3rd point is not required. The prototype website had a bug that showed for a particular date. 😂

Hi @utkarshgupta2804, glad to know you're willing to contribute to the project!
This issue is currently assigned to me and I already have a pending PR that includes the core image metadata extraction work, which this issue depends on. Once that PR gets merged, I’ll be able to open a follow up PR to resolve this issue.
