We are mentioning that EBBR follows semantic versioning only in a footnote of the EFI Conformance Profile Table section. State earlier and more clearly that EBBR follows semantic versioning, and explain what backward compatibility means. Signed-off-by: Vincent Stehlé <vincent.stehle@arm.com>
