Allow specifying a ConfigutationPoint is deprecated. This means that any supplied configuration will not be used however execution will continue with a warning displayed to the user.

Deprecate parameters for the new implementation of the SSHConnection based on Parimiko.
`TelnetConnection` no longer uses the same parameter list as `SSHConnection` so create it's own parameter list.
