remove visible 0$ cost items from print

• make the 0$ disappear in resources display (detail page, planner etc)
• remove items with no cost from resources cost/quantity overview? or should this be there to list resources amounts needed?
• add option to manually add resources to the list including costs (also 0$ cost allowed) (first option for equipment budgeting)

edit: Suggestion: I think a good approach for now would be this rule: if a resource has duration: 0 (Toolkit) it will be listed in the "Resources" section with quantity and costs.

maybe "Resources" is also not the right name, since everything inside the modules is a resource. i like your suggestion @timmwille to list only toolkits under this "Resources" section with quantity and costs and maybe rename it into some more specific. more like "elements needed", "material list", or "materials needed".
