I got this error when i sold this item to a vendor:

Steps to Reproduce
Go to Fiona in EPL With an account that does not have the appearance, buy the bracers, then sell them to gain the appearance.
Hopefully this reproduces the bug? But the error message is a bit confusing cause it mentions a quest?
