Add a built-in record header parser to parse multisegment ASCII files

Background

Currently, Cobrix does not support parsing multisegment ASCII files where records are separated by LF (or CRLF).

Feature

Add a built-in custom record header parser that would allow parsing such files.
Add a configuration option to parse ASCII multisegment test files.
