This PR migrates the Maven deployment configuration from OSSRH to the new Maven Central Portal.
- Updates XML comments to reflect the new deployment routine
- Replaces the Sonatype staging plugin with the central-publishing-maven-plugin and updates its configuration accordingly

No that's as intended. The profile ID was left without renaming for backward compatibility with existing Maven workflows. |
