Implement ERC-2612

[ThunderDeliverer]

ERC-2612 introduces the ability to pay for the transaction with ERC-20 tokens. It also allows permission delegation to other contracts.

While we do support paying for a transaction with any of the supported tokens, this might bring additional value to some of the DeFi contracts.

We'll keep this on the back burner for now, but might implement it in the future.
