Hide QR code once it's scanned #274

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When logging in using a QR code, we show it through the whole flow. But once it is scanned by the user, there is no reason to show it anymore. The session is already "used" so no one else could/should scan it. It just takes away focus.

Describe the solution you'd like
Look for relevant status that indicates that the QR code was scanned, and then hide it.
Additional context
I've seen this at other sites and thought it was neat.
