Change in app theme and UI

• The color of the top menu should be the same color as the base color
• There should be no borders around the GroupBox
• The status bar should be thinner
• Change result editor AvalonEdit => TextBox
• On scratch view all buttons on top
• Tab with result, report finish, report start
• Remove frome settings select report
• Grid move buttons
• Transfer buttons from ScriptEditor
• Remove ScriptEditor view, view model, and etc #52
