setup and app fix for seamless importing!

• include .txt file into setup.cfg for packaging
• good news is this fixes the import issue (and can confirm locally working to allow import)

alright, better :) so this is partial fix, but good one;

right now you still need to git clone and run within.../amadeusgpt % streamlit run app.py but at least now this is runnable with all import files required.

• next issue is including image icons for the app
• getting launch_amadeusGPT to work. The issue is that it's not running correctly the streamlit run that is required, so throws errors that will just derail someone :)
