Update macbook conda

• adding napari_cellseg3D to the conda
• removing un-used packages
• note that it works for m2, m3 chips too

@C-Achard in the docs after install, if would be really great to either say (1) how to launch the app, or (2) link to the page that does so! For example, I have an env built, and if I want to just run "inference," if i jump to that tab it doesn't tell me how to launch the app ;) so I would link to: https://adaptivemotorcontrollab.github.io/CellSeg3d/welcome.html#usage

in docs @C-Achard you might consider adding a note on how to update an env, deactivate first, be in the root project folder, and run conda env update --f conda/napari_cellseg3d_m1.yml

tested on my M2 chip; all works (aside from I modified to keep "old name" napari-cellseg3d, but once 0.2.0 is merged this will work.
