  • TFM: AI & Personalized Medicine — Pharmacogenomic prediction pipelines and deep learning models (VIU, 2026).
  • v2 in progress: Building a graph-based pharmacogenomics library — molecular graphs (RDKit → PyG) and positional genomic graphs for gene variants, feeding into a Twin-Tower GATv2 architecture.
