Thank you to the authors for sharing their original R implementation! I am not sure if pull requests are accepted, but I found their work useful and wanted to contribute a Python implementation as well. It only implements the KS test with 2 samples, but is otherwise (hopefully) faithful to the method described by the original authors in their original paper.
