No more ElegantOTA but still in description

Hi Andy,

You write that you changed from ElagantOTA to ESPAsyncHTTPUpdateServer.
In Method 1, item 8, you write to change some lines in ElagantOTA.h but you moved away from Elagant ....

Before I try to flash another ESP32 module according method 1 I would like to be sure that your text is correct.

Sorry, I forgot to update the readme, so item 8 is no longer required. Also, step 6 needs to change to install the ESPAsyncHTTPUpdateServer package instead of ElagantOTA.

The reason I changed it was because ElagantOTA wasn't compatible with the latest ESPAsyncWebServer package (at least I think that was the one) as it changed the parameters from char* to String. However, I believe ElagantOTA has since been updated.
