I noticed that Dublin Core recommends the use of HTTP URIs for per- sistent identifiers and we actually already do this for AGROVOC and others so it makes sense to do it here as well. See: https://www.dublincore.org/specifications/dublin-core/dcmi-terms/terms/identifier/

I noticed that Dublin Core recommends the use of HTTP URIs for persistent identifiers and we actually already do this for AGROVOC and others so it makes sense to do it here as well. I updated the language in the specification to be similar to Dublin Core's and added examples.
