Does the Airtable team look at github issues?

The Airtable team hasn't commented on a single issue since the earliest open issue, which was opened in July 2020.

Could we get some updates? What's the team's process here?

If anyone from the Airtable team is reading this, we appreciate all your hard work! It would really help us to know how to report bugs, suggest features, etc. in a way that will be noticed and engaged with (as your team is able). If GitHub issues shouldn't be used, it might help to create an issue template with a preamble directing folks to the appropriate platform(s) for feedback and support.
