Make text command version of `/damage`

I am going with the format ~damage [count] [damage type] [stun armor] [basic armor] [wound armor] [resilience'] unless @Divineaspect tells me otherwise

e.g. ~damage 3 w 1 2 3 4 for calculating 3 wounds taken while you have 4 resilience, 1 stun armor, 2 basic armor, and 3 wound armor.
