Portals dont start "swirling" again when left open, and other Player come online #34
Description
Title says it all.
How to recreate:
Portals loose their swirl, either when you go offline or no other player is online.
But they don't start to swirl again, when the other player comes back online.
They function, as expected, but they don't swirl.
