adding initial support for LD series coolers

specifically: https://github.com/asdfzdfj/deepcool-ld-digital-hidapi/blob/master/ld_series.py which should contain enough bits to initialize and generate a report packet to send to the device with hidapi

note that I'm opening this as an issue rather than a PR because I'm not too sure on how to plug the works into this repo, I could open a PR once that's sorted out

@asdfzdfj, By the way, look at the development branch. Maybe the shift will make it work? I'm not sure, but I think you should try.
